A Safe Space Therapeutics (psychotherapeutic service) was conceived with the intention of being visible to individuals who maybe seeking for a place to express themselves towards healing and wellbeing. It was curated keeping in mind how our path and journey in our life could be trying and confusing, and initiate a feeling of anxiety, of loneliness and uncertainties. This is a safe zone for such individuals who would want to engage in the process of self-exploration, and make an attempt to know one self a bit deeper and better.
The need for a safe space- be it a physical space, an emotional, or even a psychological space - is an essential prerequisite for humanity, and more so in the challenging times we are living in. Our individual and collective psyche has experienced many transitions; and as a human race our psyche too has adapted to maintain certain boundaries, which facilitates self-protection. These personal boundaries have developed over time to provide light to our parallax of perception and reaction to situations. The need of the time is to facilitate individuals with a space, where one can feel free to share the remnants of the day that may nudge our wellbeing, or even one’s inner voice, or the concerns that seems to hamper with our daily existence. This space aims at making you discover and realize the safe zone within you, with a vision that will allow you to move ahead in life with joy and confidence.
Our practice here at safe space germinates from a collective interest and knowledge of Analytical Psychology founded by the Swiss psychologist Carl Jung. As a Jungian in our orientation and learning we focus at providing psychological assistance in your journey towards growth and self-development.
Our aim is to provide you with a space where you can find your own personal ground. Your very own ground from where you can thrive in life. We here at a safe space take your dreams, fantasies, myths, symbols, and your personal narrative earnestly as we analyze them in an attempt to realize the unconscious that may hinder you in your development and wellbeing. If you feel you need assistance to know your self, then you have arrived. We are ever willing and ready to facilitate you in your personal journey that may emanate from pain, struggles, or a simple will to know yourself more.
You matter.
